Online dish TV can provide any free to air channels over the Internet, so if you are connected for broadband, you can just connect your computer to the TV with a TV-out card, and watch the channels as though they were coming through a dish or terrestrial system.

Live dish TV can be received using the eighteen inch dish by anyone who does not have the view of the sky to the south blocked, and who does not live in a communal building where dishes are not permitted. Dish Internet TV brings most of those people into the picture as well, by providing the same channels through broadband Internet. If you can get a computer with good processor speed, and attach a quality TV-out card, you will be able to receive online satellite TV.
